We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the assessment and implementation of a modern billing solution. This is an initial 10-week contract, starting immediately, focused on understanding the current environment and defining the future state.

About the role

You’ll work across business and technology teams to analyse billing processes, clarify requirements and help shape a practical path to a modern solution. You’ll plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops, and attendance at the client site may be required.

Experience in the water sector is highly regarded.
