Job summary

Capstone Recruitment Asia Pacific is seeking a Submissions Manager or Submissions Coordinator to lead high-quality tender submissions and EOIs for Tier 2 construction projects in Australia. You will collaborate with senior management, estimators and project teams to win new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong writing and design skills, experience managing multiple complex submissions under tight deadlines, and expertise in Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar submissions role within construction or engineering
• Strong writing, editing and document design skills
• Experience managing multiple complex submissions to tight deadlines
• Expertise in Adobe InDesign and the full Adobe Suite
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end submissions process for tenders, EOIs, and pre-qualifications
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants and partners to gather required content
• Develop and maintain templates, case studies, and collateral
• Craft clear, persuasive content to highlight capabilities
• Ensure submissions are on time, compliant and aligned with client expectations
• Maintain a library of submissions, CVs and project data
• Lead post-submission reviews and drive continuous improvement
