Job summary

Equans Solar and Storage in Sydney, Australia seeks a Bid Manager to lead bid strategy, planning and coordination across engineering, procurement and commercial functions. You will drive submission milestones and ensure compliant, competitive tender responses for utility-scale solar, BESS and hybrid projects.

The role requires extensive EPC experience in renewables and a minimum of 3–5 years in bidding, tendering or commercial management, with strong stakeholder engagement and risk management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in EPC, renewable energy, power generation, transmission or infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in bidding, tendering, estimating, project development, or commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid strategy and planning for EPC projects in the solar and energy storage sector.
• Lead multidisciplinary bid teams and manage submission milestones and risk reviews.
• Coordinate technical proposals, commercial inputs and supplier / partner quotations.
