Job summary

Equans Solar & Storage in Sydney is seeking a Senior Planner (EPC) for a six-month contract. You will develop, implement, and monitor project schedules across EPCC activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to contract requirements.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, engineering teams, procurement, site management, and clients to establish robust controls and accurate reporting on schedule performance and risks.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of planning and scheduling experience within EPC, infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
• Experience on utility-scale Solar, BESS, Wind, Transmission, or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience performing critical path analysis and schedule forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update fully integrated EPC schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, schedule updates, progress measurement, and forecasting.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare SPI, schedule variance analysis, and recovery plans.
• Lead monthly schedule reviews with project stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier schedules and integrate into the master programme.
• Support contract administration through delay analysis and EOT assessments.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and planning procedures.
