EQUANS in Sydney is seeking a seasoned Bid Manager to coordinate bid activities across engineering, commercial, legal and project teams. You will prepare EPC proposals, pricing models and tender documents to win large-scale renewable energy projects.

You will report to the Business Development Director in Australia, lead multi-disciplinary bid teams, and work closely with customers and partners to deliver high-quality submissions on time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' EPC/renewable energy bid experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary bid teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bid preparation coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain opportunity pipeline and tender schedule.
• Lead multidisciplinary bid teams across engineering, procurement, commercial, legal, HSE, and project delivery functions.
• Develop bid execution plans, schedules, responsibilities, and submission milestones.
• Manage inputs from internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely tender delivery.
• Coordinate EPC technical solutions for utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, hybrid Solar+BESS, grid connection, substation works, SCADA and plant controls.
• Lead preparation of EPC cost estimates and pricing models.
• Review EPC contracts, technical specs, and commercial terms.
• Prepare and manage high-quality proposal documents.
• Support commercial negotiations with customers and partners.
