Job summary

Practicepeople is seeking a motivated Bid Executive to join its global pitch team in Perth. You will prepare proposals, pitch presentations, credentials and tenders aligned with firm standards and client expectations.

You will collaborate with business development to develop compelling client messaging and value propositions, while supporting knowledge management and improvement initiatives across pitch platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in bids, proposals or tender management, preferably in professional services.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with tight deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint with meticulous attention to detail.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, pitch presentations, credential statements, and tender submissions that align with firm standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with business development professionals and stakeholders to develop compelling client-focused messaging, value propositions, and presentation materials.
• Support knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining pitch resources, leveraging pitch technology platforms, and contributing to business development activities.

About You

• You will ideally have at least 2 years' experience in bids, proposals, or tender management, preferably within a professional services environment.
• You will possess excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• You will have advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, strong attention to detail, a client-focused mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop.
