Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive to join our Business Development team in Brisbane, with Sydney or Melbourne as alternative hubs, on a permanent basis. The role supports Pursuit Managers in end-to-end bid development across Energy and Infrastructure.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of small to medium bids, collaborate with SME stakeholders, and translate technical content into clear, persuasive client proposals for diverse audiences including government,

• Experience in pursuit and bid roles within legal or professional services with a proven winning record.
• Ability to transform technical information into clear, compelling bid content.
• Experience supporting bid teams across the bid lifecycle, including meetings and negotiations.
• Strong writing skills for diverse audiences, including government, banks, and corporates.

The Opportunity:

Our Business Development function have an exciting opportunity available for a Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive to join them in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane on a permanent basis.

This role forms an integral part of our Bids & Pursuits team and will be responsible for supporting our Pursuit Managers aligned to our Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Energy & Infrastructure is one of our three anchor sectors at Ashurst Perkins Coie, this role will see you support our Pursuit Managers with the end-to-end development of high quality, distinctive and compelling client-centred complex bids and pursuits. You will also have the opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of small to medium bids & pursuits.

• Experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services, or other relevant environments with a proven track record of winning strategic bids.?
• Experience of proposal writing and collaborating with SME stakeholders and other teams to deliver against pursuit requirements.?
• Strong work-winning process knowledge, writing and project management skills; able to transform technical information into clear, compelling, succinct content for proposals to various audience types.?
• Experience supporting bid teams throughout the bid lifecycle, including critical meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.?
