Job summary

A&O Shearman in Perth is seeking a Bid Executive to join the Core Pitch Team. You will support partners by strategising and delivering compelling client-focused proposals and credential statements that meet high-quality standards and tight deadlines.

The role involves working with the global BD team, developing messages, and refining bid content and design. You will become a subject matter expert in key practice areas and pitch technologies, contributing to a central library of pitch tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years bid/proposals experience in a professional services environment.
• Graduate with an interest in professional qualifications (e.g. APMP).
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and communications skills.
• Proven project management capability with ability to prioritise complex workloads and meet deadlines.
• Eye for design and attention to detail, delivering high-quality results.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including templates and master slides.

Responsibilities

• Produce proposals, pitch presentations and credential statements meeting quality standards.
• Strategy development for drafting high-value bids and tenders.
• Collaborate to create high-quality content and design outcomes.
• Assist with key messages and client-specific value propositions.
• Edit and refine bid and tender documents.
• Maintain a library of pitch tools and guides in coordination with CPT.
