Job summary

Shape Winning Strategies is seeking a talented Bid Executive to join its Business Development & Marketing team. You will lead the development of compelling proposals, tenders and presentations that showcase the firm’s expertise and competitive edge.

You will manage the end-to-end bid process, craft client-focused content, and work with Partners and experts to deliver standout submissions that win opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within bids, proposals or business development.
• Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• The confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end bid and tender process from strategy through to submission.
• Developing persuasive, client-focused proposals and capability statements.
• Working closely with Partners and subject matter experts to create winning content.
• Identifying opportunities to continually improve bid quality and processes.
• Maintaining a suite of best-practice submission materials and credentials.
• Supporting broader business development initiatives, pitches and strategic growth projects.
