Job summary

Manteena Group in Canberra, ACT is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join the Pre-Construction team. You will support tender submissions, coordinate deadlines and craft compelling responses alongside our Estimating Manager.

The role suits someone with construction industry experience who enjoys writing, design, and stakeholder coordination, with hands-on training provided for 4D visualisations and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination or pre-construction in the construction industry.
• Strong writing and document presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions and manage key deadlines.
• Draft, edit and format non-price tender responses.
• Develop capability statements, project profiles and team resumes.
• Produce professional submission documents using Adobe InDesign.
• Create graphics, methodology diagrams and presentation materials.
• Assist with site logistics plans and 4D visualisations (full training provided).
• Collaborate with estimating, project delivery, marketing and HSEQ teams.
