Job summary

Ivory Group in Canberra is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support tender and pre-construction activities for major commercial projects. You will coordinate submissions, research opportunities and ensure tenders are delivered to a high standard and on time.

Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager and project teams, you will help prepare executive summaries, bid content and documentation while identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination, graphic design or similar role.
• Strong written communication and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and EOI submissions from start to finish.
• Develop and manage bid action plans and submission timelines.
• Research clients, projects and upcoming opportunities.
• Draft and edit executive summaries and tender content.
• Maintain company capability statements, project profiles and bid documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve the bid process and quality of submissions.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather project and company information.
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives as required.
