Job summary

Buchan in Sydney is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the bid process from inquiry to submission. You will compile tender submissions, capability statements and marketing collateral, while maintaining bid databases and templates.

Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop, plus Microsoft 365, is essential to produce competitive, brand-aligned materials. Collaborate with principals, bid coordinators and shared services to ensure timely submissions and high-quality presentations across international

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in an equivalent role.
• Experience preparing tenders, proposals and submissions, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Expert/very experienced user of InDesign and Photoshop.
• Proficient using Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce tender submissions, capability statements, presentations and supporting marketing collateral to help win opportunities.
• Brand/Promotions support - contribute to brand, awards, publications, promotional materials, bid & marketing collateral.
• Coordinate and support client outreach, B2B events and meet-and-greet activities for consultants and other industry partners.
