Job summary

WeBuild in Sydney is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join the Bidding Team. You will ensure all bids and tenders are executed from start to finish, producing high-quality, compliant documentation (ROI, EOI, RFT as applicable) to help win new business.

Ideal candidates have prior bid coordination experience in infrastructure or construction, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

  • Previous Bid Coordination experience within Infrastructure/Construction.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with tendering team to obtain input compliant with standards.
  • Ensure responses comply with company and client requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and registering new prospects.
  • Collaborate with Document Control to manage tender portals and folders.
  • Convene and attend bid kick-off meetings during the tender cycle.
  • Coordinate with discipline leads to identify gaps and mitigation inputs.
  • Participate in workstream reviews of the bid.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join the Bidding Team in Sydney! In this role, you will responsible for ensuring all Bids and tenders are fully executed from start to finish, producing high quality and competitive documentation (this may include ROI’s, EOI’s and RFT’s) that meet all compliance requirements, resulting in wining new business.

Your focus will include:
  • Liaise with tendering team members (Internal Stakeholders) to obtain relevant tender input/information in compliance with Webuild’s Business Development and Tendering Operating Standard.
  • Ensure compliance of Company responses in line with both Company and client requirements
  • Assist in maintenance and registering of new prospects
  • Collaborate with Document Control to establish tender portals/folders, ensuring all relevant team members have access and folders are correctly populated
  • Convene and attend kick-off andbidmeetings as required throughout the tender cycle
  • Collaborate with all discipline workstream leads in line with the RFP programme and or EOI programme. Identify gaps and or issues with progress to the programme, including mitigation inputs
  • Participate in workstream reviews of thebid

  • Previous Bid Coordination experience within an Infrastructure/Construction environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Good commercial acumen and understanding of Construction Industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
