Job summary

SHAPE Tasmania in Hobart seeks a proactive Bid Coordinator to support high-quality tender submissions, capability statements and expressions of interest, helping SHAPE compete effectively.

You’ll manage bid plans, research clients, edit executive summaries, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced construction environment, with opportunities to develop toward broader pre-construction roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graphic Design, Communications or similar role.
• Proficiency in InDesign, MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Bid Action Plans for delivery of submission requirements.
• Maintain and update Bid & Strategy documentation/information database.
• Draft and edit executive summaries as required.
• Provide client research and background analysis to the bid lead.
• Identify improvement strategies throughout the bid process.
• Create dynamic opportunities and maximise the customer experience.
