Qualifications

• Building-related degree, diploma or trade background.
• Experience estimating or quantity surveying in fitout/refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of construction trades, services and measurement principles.
• Ability to interpret specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Collaborative mindset and relationship-building.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and reports to understand scope and strategy.
• Prepare take-offs, tender estimates and qualifications.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate requests for subcontractor quotations.
• Analyse subcontractor quotes and select suitable subcontractors.
• Support tender strategy meetings, bid planning and profit improvement strategies.
• Maintain tender records and project delivery updates.
