Job summary

SHAPE Tasmania is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site delivery across a range of commercial, education, health, defence, hotels and community projects in Launceston, Tasmania. You will work with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to the required standards.

• Develop and manage short- and long-term construction programmes with the Project Manager.
• Monitor workmanship, manage defects and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Maintain project records, site diaries, risk controls and delivery system compliance.

You’ll play a key role in:

As a Site Manager, you’ll lead on-site delivery across a diverse range of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard and in line with programme, budget and client expectations. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to create reliable outcomes and strong relationships.
