Job summary

Endeavour Group's Caloundra Hotel is seeking a Bar and Gaming Attendant for our brand-new sports area and bar. You’ll engage with guests, recommend items, and support BAR, gaming, and dining across the venue with a can-do attitude.

Ideal candidates hold Queensland RSA and RSG certificates, are flexible across weekends and nights, and are keen to learn all areas of the venue. Come join a vibrant team with great staff perks and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Queensland RSA and RSG certificates.
• Willingness to learn all areas of the venue and shift coverage.
• Positive, team-first attitude with weekend/night availability.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Caloundra Hotel in the new sports area and bar.
• Support bar, floor service, TAB, Keno, and gaming as needed.
• Deliver friendly, high-standard customer service from start to close.

A day in the life of a Bar and Gaming Attendant:

• Be the Face of the Caloundra Hotel:Connect with guests and make every visit to our brand-new sports area and bar unforgettable.
• Share Your Passion:Recommend the perfect meal or drink and bring the magic to our refreshed food and beverage offerings.
• All-Round Team Player:From bar and floor service to TAB, Keno, and gaming assistance, you're ready to jump in wherever you're needed with a great attitude.
• Keep Standards Sky-High:Deliver top-notch, fun customer service from the first pour to the final lock-up

About you:

• A genuine passion for pub culture, hospitality, and customer service.
• Hold a current Queensland RSA and RSG certificates.
• A positive, team-first attitude with flexible availability across weekends, nights, and key peak periods.
• Physical capability to handle active floor work, including standing, stock handling, and regular lifting.
• Willingness to learn all areas of the venue, work between gaming, food and bar roles.
