Job summary

Swissôtel Sydney is a luxury five-star hotel seeking a Bell Captain / Porter & Valet Attendants Supervisor to lead front office Bell Captain operations. You will greet guests, know local activities, promote hotel facilities, and uphold brand standards while driving revenue and guest satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory experience in a 4–5 star hotel, a NSW driver’s licence, and the ability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Supervisor in Front Office in 4 to 5 star hotel.
• Full NSW Drivers Licence.
• Have full time work right in Australia.
• Ability to work rotating roster including evening shifts, weekend and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all guests at most courteous and efficient service.
• Have a detailed knowledge of what's on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements.
• Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotel’s total revenue targets.
• Live and breathe our brand standards, be the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance).
• A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays.
