Qualifications

• PBS registration or higher is required.
• Backgrounds in Psychology or Social Work are ideal.
• Driver's license and own vehicle required.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years' experience within Behaviour Support.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload and settings.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical leadership for referrals.
• Provide 1:1 supervision and multidisciplinary support for complex cases.
• Build long-term relationships and monitor progress of participants.

What You'll Do

Based at Mornington you'll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Mornington office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of: 8 OT's, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You'll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
