Job summary

Better Rehab is recruiting for a Behaviour Support role based in Canberra. You’ll support NDIS participants across homes, clinics and community settings with supervision and a multidisciplinary team to back your practice.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration with Core Suitability.
• Background in Psychology or Social Work preferred.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• 2–3 years experience within Behaviour Support.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across varied caseloads in homes, clinics and community.
• Coordinate with intake and clinical leadership for referrals and caseload management.
• Provide 1:1 supervision and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for complex cases.

What You’ll Do

Based at Canberra you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Our Canberra office has a team of 13 clinicians with a make up of:

4 OT's, 2 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
