Job summary

Better Rehab is a clinician-founded, clinician-led organisation offering flexible work with real support. You’ll design your week around your energy, with autonomy, supervision customised to you, and work-from-home options across clinic and community settings.

Based at our Cockburn Central office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied caseload, with 1:1 supervision and a clear development path. A values-led team focused on quality care awaits.

Qualifications

• PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in homes, clinics and community settings.
• Work with intake and clinical leadership to coordinate referrals and support plans.
• Provide 1:1 supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Build long-term relationships with participants and families and track progress.

What You’ll Do

Based at ourCockburn Centraloffice,you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Cockburn Central office has a team of 26 clinicians with a make up of:

11 OT's, 3 Speech Pathologist's, 4 Physiotherapist's, 3 Exercise Physiologist's, 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
