Job summary

Better Rehab in Croydon, VIC, is seeking a dedicated clinician to support NDIS participants across a varied caseload from our Croydon office.

You’ll collaborate with an experienced intake and leadership team, while benefiting from calendar autonomy, a PD budget up to $2,500 per year, and paid travel at $1.17c/km. The role supports flexible, clinician-led development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Based at our Croydon office, support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload.
• Work with an intake and clinical leadership team to coordinate referrals and care.
• Be part of a 13-clinician team across multiple disciplines in a busy clinic.

What You’ll Do

Based at our Croydon office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Croydon office has a team of 13 clinicians with a make up of: 5 OT's, 3 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Physiotherapist, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.
