Job summary

Better Rehab is a clinician-founded, clinician-led practice offering real flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options. You will design your week with autonomy over your calendar, while receiving supervision tailored to your career path and comprehensive training in Behaviour Support.

You’ll support NDIS participants from our Canterbury office as part of a 11-clinician team, contributing to a broad learning experience with 5 OTs, 2 Physiotherapists, 2 Speech Pathologists, 1

What You’ll Do

Based at Canterbury office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Canterbury office has a team of 11 clinicians with a make up of: 5 OT's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 2 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

Qualifications

• PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience
