Job summary

Better Rehab’s Darwin team seeks a PBS-registered clinician to deliver Behaviour Support across community, clinic and home settings. You’ll enjoy flexible work-from-home options, autonomy over your calendar, and a robust supervision framework to support your ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Behaviour Support.
• Driver's license and own vehicle advantageous.
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across diverse settings (home, clinic, community).
• Lead the PBS function in Darwin with supervision from Team Lead and Regional Manager.
• Provide 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and multidisciplinary support for complex cases.

This role will see you building the PBS function in Darwin with support from the Team Lead and Regional Manager.

What You'll Do

Based at our Darwin office, you'll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

You'll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

What You'll Need

• PBS Registration - Proficient or above Suitability
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver's license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within Behaviour Support
