Job summary

Better Rehab is offering a flexible Behaviour Support role in Sydney, with work-from-home options and customised supervision. Based at Macquarie Park, you will support NDIS participants across varied caseloads with referrals and a strong clinical leadership team.

The Macquarie Park office houses a multidisciplinary team, with dedicated supervision and development opportunities, plus a PD budget and generous leave benefits as part of Better Rehab’s commitment to staff growth.

Qualifications

• PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload with referrals.
• Work with intake and clinical leadership team to manage cases.
• Provide 1:1 supervision and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Build long-term relationships across homes, clinics and community settings.

What You’ll Do

Based atour Macquarie Park office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Macquarie Park office has a team of 15 clinicians with a make up of:

6 OT's, 2 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
