Job summary

Better Rehab in Mount Hawthorn, WA, is seeking a Behaviour Support clinician to join a clinician-led team offering real flexibility across community, clinic, and work-from-home arrangements.

You’ll manage a varied NDIS caseload, with 1:1 supervision and a clear development pathway, plus a PD budget up to 2,500 AUD per year, and travel reimbursement of 1.17 AUD per km.

This role emphasizes autonomous calendar design, ongoing professional growth, and delivering quality outcomes in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration is required at proficient level or above.
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWC Check and Police Check are mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Behaviour Support.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical leadership to coordinate referrals.
• Provide 1:1 supervision and participate in multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do

Based at our Mount Hawthorn Office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Mount Hawthorn office has a team of 10 clinicians with a make up of:

3 OT's, 3 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Allied Health Assistant and 2 Behaviour Support Practitioner's.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration - Proficient Suitability or above. Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
