Parfums Christian Dior at the Dior Pacific Fair Boutique on the Gold Coast is seeking a Casual Beauty Consultant dedicated to retail with a passion for beauty, skincare and fragrance. You will work to hit sales and service targets in a fast-moving luxury environment.

The role requires availability Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with late-night trade and key holiday periods. A strong selling track record, impeccable grooming and team spirit are essential, along with a love for

• Superior selling skills with demonstrated experience in the beauty industry.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in Beauty Therapy is highly regarded.
• Prior experience and expertise in traffic stopping and recruiting clients.
• A proven ability to achieve their individual sales targets through legendary customer service.

Skills and experience
