Parfums Christian Dior in Melbourne is seeking a Full-time Counter Manager to lead our Myer Melbourne La Collection Privée Dior Counter. The ideal candidate has a background in premium luxury retail management, with the ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional service Sunday to Thursday.

You will set team objectives, guide clienteling and CRM activities, manage stock and merchandising, and motivate staff to meet KPIs while upholding the brand's standards of grooming and presentation.

Job tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a Full-time Counter Manager to lead our business in Myer Melbourne La Collection Privée Dior Counter! Our ideal candidate is a career retailer with an extensive background in premium/luxury retail management, able to work Sundays to Thursdays. With strong KPIs, a proven ability to achieve sales and service targets, and demonstrated success in leading a team, you are looking for your next step and ready to join the leading luxury Parfums Christian Dior brand.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

Ensuring the achievement of counter sales targets in line with business objectives and KPIs.

Setting and driving individual and team objectives.

Ensuring the delivery of the highest level of service to our customers with a client-centric mindset.

Leading the team on clienteling and CRM activities.

Managing, motivating, and developing team members.

Maintaining operational excellence on counter (including planning shifts, sales analysis and reporting, stock management and ordering, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and utilising digital tools to maximise business and team performance).

Skills and experience

Thesuccessful candidate will possess;

Demonstrated experience in retail management, ideally in a Fragrance or Luxury Retail environment for a minimum of 2 years.

Superior selling and communication skills.

Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.

Proactive and results/business oriented.

A strong desire to succeed and a passion for beauty!
