Job summary

Cosmax Prestige Brands Pty in Australia seeks enthusiastic Fragrance Consultants to deliver luxury customer experiences across Highpoint, Chadstone and Melbourne CBD. You will provide personalised fragrance consultations and confident product recommendations to build brand loyalty and drive sales.

These casual roles offer up to 38 hours per week across trading hours, with ongoing brand training and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within department store or luxury fragrance/retail.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and confidently convert customer interactions into sales.
• Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for fragrance and luxury brands.
• Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trading periods.

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our teams across Highpoint, Chadstone and Melbourne CBD.

The role of a Fragrance Consultant:

Working alongside the Counter Manager you will champion exceptional customer experience through personalised fragrance consultations, confident product recommendations and proactive customer engagement to build brand loyalty and achieve sales results for the counter.

You will be responsible for bringing our brands to life, creating meaningful customer connections and identifying opportunities to drive sales.

These positions are available on a casual rostered basis, with opportunities to work up to 38 hours per week across all department store trading hours.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a department store environment or similar and ideally with experience in luxury fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and confidently convert customer interactions into sales.
• Strong product knowledge, with a genuine passion for fragrance and luxury brands.
• A proactive approach to customer engagement, client development and building brand loyalty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support wider business objectives.
