LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics – Fountain Gate VIC is seeking a Casual Brand Ambassador to join the Givenchy team at Myer Fountain Gate in Melbourne. You’ll be part of a beauty-focused environment with KPIs and a passion for luxury skincare and fragrance.

We value grooming, presentation and a collaborative, team-focused attitude. You will work retail hours including weekends and late shifts as required, supporting brand standards and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics.
• Experience in makeup is advantageous.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets with strong customer service.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for Casual Brand Ambassadors dedicated to retail and has a strong passion for beauty, skincare & fragranceto join our Givenchy Team at Myer Fountain Gate. With strong KPIs and a proven ability to achieve sales and service targets, you are looking for the next step in your beauty career.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Superior selling skills with a minimum of two years' experience in the beauty industry


• Prior experience in Makeup is highly regarded


• Prior experience and expertise in traffic stopping and recruiting clients


• Experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry is a plus but not mandatory


• A proven ability to achieve their individual sales targets through legendary customer service


• An ability to contribute to the overall success of the team as a true team player


• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation


• A strong desire to succeed and a passion for Fragrance and Skincare


• Affinity / passion for the Givenchy brand is a plus!


• Completed a certificate/diploma on make-up course, or relevant experience in fragrance or skincare


• Assist with Stock Management and Visual Merchandising, ensuring the maintenance of inventory accuracy and brand guidelines
