Job summary

Givenchy is seeking a Casual Brand Ambassador for the Myer Garden City store. You will drive sales and deliver premium customer service in beauty, skincare and fragrance, while upholding luxury brand standards.

The role requires a passion for cosmetics, strong selling skills, and a polished appearance. Weekend and late-night trading are expected as part of retail trading hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in the beauty industry.
• Experience in makeup is highly regarded.
• Experience in traffic stopping and recruiting clients.
• Experience in luxury cosmetics is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to meet individual sales targets through legendary customer service.
• Strong teamwork and impeccable grooming/presentation.
• Passion for fragrance and skincare; Givenchy affinity a plus.
• Certificate/diploma in make-up or relevant fragrance/skincare experience.
• Assist with stock management and visual merchandising per brand guidelines.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for Casual Brand Ambassadors dedicated to retail and has a strong passion for beauty, skincare & fragranceto join our Givenchy Team at Myer Garden City. With strong KPIs and a proven ability to achieve sales and service targets, you are looking for the next step in your beauty career.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Superior selling skills with a minimum of two years' experience in the beauty industry

Prior experience in Makeup is highly regarded

Prior experience and expertise in traffic stopping and recruiting clients

Experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry is a plus but not mandatory

A proven ability to achieve their individual sales targets through legendary customer service

An ability to contribute to the overall success of the team as a true team player

Impeccable grooming and personal presentation

A strong desire to succeed and a passion for Fragrance and Skincare

Affinity / passion for the Givenchy brand is a plus!

Completed a certificate/diploma on make-up course, or relevant experience in fragrance or skincare

Assist with Stock Management and Visual Merchandising, ensuring the maintenance of inventory accuracy and brand guidelines
