Job summary

Rainbow Beach Hotel within ALH Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the floor at a high-volume beachside venue. You will drive service standards, coordinate a fast-paced hospitality team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience on every shift.

The role is hands-on and requires supervision experience, a current RSA/RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager Licence as per Queensland state requirements. If you thrive in dynamic settings and love gold-class hospitality, this is your opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hospitality teams (bar, bistro or gaming)
• Ability to lead a high-volume floor with energy and professionalism
• RSA/RSG certification and state Approved Manager Licence currently valid
• Comfort with implementing standards and staff coaching

Responsibilities

• Know locals and build rapport with the crew and guests
• Support the Publican to run the pub safely, smoothly, and with a great vibe
• Lead a team of hospitality staff and guest services professionals
• Handle hiccups promptly to maintain smooth operations
• Bring energy, service and smiles on every shift
