Job summary

Rainbow Beach Hotel, part of the Endeavour Group, is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to run the floor of a high-volume coastal venue on the Fraser Coast. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, coordinate service across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation operations, and deliver gold-class hospitality on every shift.

We value hands-on leaders with strong communication, a passion for customers, and the ability to keep the energy high while maintaining safety and standards across all venues.

Qualifications

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
• RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence required per state requirements.

• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends.

Are you a hospitality professional ready to run the floor at one of the most famous, high-volume beachside venues on the Fraser Coast? The Rainbow Beach Hotel is looking for a driven, floor-focused Assistant Manager who loves the energy of a fast-paced coastal trade and knows how to keep a crew moving in perfect sync.

"The Rainbow" is a buzzing coastal powerhouse. Whether it's managing a packed holiday crowd enjoying a post-beach lunch on the deck, running a high-tempo sports bar, or overseeing our gaming and accommodation operations, this venue demands a leader who loves being right at the center of the action. We need someone with sharp operational instincts who can maintain elite standards and ensure our mix of local regulars and traveling adventurers receive gold-class hospitality on every shift.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
• You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• You’ve got a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
