The role focuses on securing new properties under management across Newcastle and the Hunter, developing relationships that create repeat business, and expanding the property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business in real estate, accommodation or related services.
• Ability to build credibility through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort discussing commercial outcomes and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities
