Alloggio in Newcastle is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the local premium short-term rental portfolio. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships with owners, investors, developers and referral partners, and drive tailored short-term rental strategies that maximise owner returns.

You will work autonomously in your territory with support from operations and systems, leveraging Zoho CRM, dynamic pricing insights and a strong network to deliver uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in business development or partnerships in property, real estate, tourism or hospitality.
• Commercial experience or ownership/territory development is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho) and modern business tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities — Premium homes, investment properties and development prospects.
• Build relationships — Owners, investors, developers and referral partners.
• Generate business — Networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Leverage insights — Use pricing data and systems to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Negotiate agreements — Secure Management Agreements.
• Manage pipeline — Maintain accurate CRM activity in Zoho.
• Support onboarding — Work with operations to onboard new owners.
• Know the market — Act as the local expert in Newcastle and Hunter region.
