Job summary

HEQS Wholesale Group in Melbourne is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to own new business across Victoria. This field-based role requires building relationships with commercial fit-out companies, hotels, student accommodation and hospitality operators, with a focus on securing accounts and first orders from Melbourne stock.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supplier-side B2B field role in Australia.
• Experience opening and growing trade or project accounts (furniture/FF&E/building products).
• Proven ability to quote accurately and follow up same-day.
• Current driver’s licence and Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Own new business across Victoria and greater Melbourne.
• Schedule 40+ face-to-face meetings with new decision-makers.
• Provide quotes for FF&E and volume packages within 48 hours.
• Open new accounts and coordinate Melbourne stock shipments.
