Job summary

Connect Realty, a boutique independent agency based in New Farm, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager / Field Agent to join our Property Management team. The role suits someone already in real estate or with strong customer service, admin, or property experience aiming for a long-term career.

You will work closely with the Property Management team to keep client properties well maintained, presented, and professionally managed.

Qualifications

• Previous property management or real estate experience preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn matter.
• Current Queensland driver's licence required.
• Ability to obtain Queensland real estate registration/licence.

Responsibilities

• Completing detailed entry condition reports
• Conducting routine inspections
• Completing exit/vacate condition reports
• Conducting leasing inspections and open homes
• Meeting prospective tenants and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting with the leasing process from enquiry through to application
• Meeting trades, valuers and other property professionals at properties
• Assisting the Property Management team with general day-to-day duties
• Supporting the wider team with inspections, appointments and property-related tasks
• Developing knowledge across all areas of Property Management

We’re now looking for an Assistant Property Manager / Field Agent to join our Property Management team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is already working in real estate and looking to take the next step, or someone with strong customer service, administration or property experience who is looking to build a long-term career in Real Estate.

Working closely with our Property Management team, you’ll play an important role in keeping our clients’ properties well maintained, well presented and professionally managed.

Your responsibilities will include:
