Job summary

Structability PTY LTD. is seeking a motivated BCA Consultant to join our Expert Review Team in Sydney, NSW, with opportunities to work across NSW and ACT. This role focuses on inspections, design review for BCA compliance, and development of Performance Solution Reports for diverse residential buildings.

The position offers training across building types, a clear pathway for career growth, and a supportive team environment in offices across Sydney, Newcastle and Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare technical reports for BCA compliance.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of existing structures to identify upgrading regimes per BCA.
• Review internal designs for compliance with BCA, including health, egress and services.
• Assess bushfire compliance across building classifications and draft Performance Solution Reports.
