Job summary

Aqua Build Australia is seeking an experienced Remedial Multi-Skilled Technician to work across remedial building projects throughout Sydney. The role involves independent defect investigation, practical repair planning, and high-quality remedial workmanship with strong waterproofing expertise.

Essential duties include assessing and executing remedial work, diagnosing water ingress, and reading drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ relevant experience in remedial construction, waterproofing or multi-trade repairs.
• Demonstrated experience completing waterproofing repairs.
• Sound knowledge of substrate preparation, primers, membranes and joints.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, plan and complete remedial repairs.
• Investigate water ingress and defects to identify sources.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Coordinate daily activities with Project Manager and site team.
• Provide progress updates, photographs and records of completed work.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
