Responsibilities

• Monitor live job progress and adjust routes as required.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers.
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist quoting local, interstate & international freight solutions.
• Unload & coordinate stored/transferred shipments for dispatch.
• Accurately maintain distribution records and job documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Assist management with operational duties as required.
