As a high-volume bar and restaurant, we pride ourselves on quality food and beverage offerings in a vibrant waterfront setting. We’re looking for someone confident, reliable and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Our venue operates lunch through dinner on weekdays and breakfast through dinner on weekends, offering a wide range of shifts. We support a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling for the right candidate. Weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to venue standards

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe bar

Delivering consistently high customer service, with strong product knowledge

Managing stock, restocking supplies and minimising wastage

Previous bar experience is essential, and all applicants must hold a a valid NSW RSA certificate. Strong candidates will have a confident and welcoming demeanor, with the ability to remain composed during busy service.
