Job description

Georges Mediterranean is seeking experienced, guest-focused Section Waiters to join our front-of-house team.

Part of Eviva Group, Georges is one of Sydney’s established waterfront dining destinations, known for vibrant Mediterranean food, energetic service and a fast-paced atmosphere on King Street Wharf. With a reputation for warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences, Georges is a favourite with locals and visitors alike.

Previous experience is required, and this role suits individuals who thrive in busy service environments and genuinely enjoy guest interaction. Evening, weekend and Public Holiday availability is essential.
