Job summary

Doltone Hospitality Group is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender for Midden by Mark Olive in Sydney. You will join our Front of House team, crafting drinks and delivering warm, professional service to guests.

Ideal candidates have bar experience, a passion for cocktails, and RSA certification. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred to support busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude with a team-focused approach.
• Current NSW RSA certificate.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Create classic and signature cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
• Manage stock levels, assist with inventory, and minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and responsible service of alcohol.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant floor and kitchen teams to provide seamless service.
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
