The International, part of The Point Group, is seeking experienced bartenders to join our CBD team in Sydney. We operate at high volume and uphold high standards, delivering polished service with strong product knowledge and a professional bar presence across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
• Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of responsible service obligations (RSA).
• Team-first mindset with willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality drinks to spec.
• Maintain section cleanliness and stock levels.
• Support service flow between bar and floor teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced bar environment
• Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of responsible service obligations (current RSA required)
• A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
