Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine and beer to a high standard.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak periods while keeping the bar clean and organized.
• Explain drinks menu, make recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow RSA, hygiene and venue procedures.
• Assist with bar setup, pack-down and stock control.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

We are looking for a Casual Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating great drinks. Working within our vibrant multi-venue precinct, you will be at the center of the action, delivering standout guest experiences ranging from relaxed garden dining to high-energy multicultural experiences. This is an ideal role for a hospitality professional looking to grow within a premium environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak service periods while keeping the bar clean and organized.
• Confidently explain the drinks menu, making recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Follow all NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), hygiene, and venue operational procedures.
• Assist with bar set-up, pack-down, and stock control to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, with a genuine passion for premium hospitality.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail regarding drink specifications, presentation, and cleanliness.
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is mandatory.
• Experience in high-volume environments or specific cocktail knowledge is a plus.
