Job summary

Elements of Byron is seeking an organised bartender to set up and manage poolside bars at Breeze and Summer Salt. You will explain beverage options, assist with dietary requirements, up-sell, and ensure stock levels are maintained while keeping the bar clean and tidy.

You will take orders and run food and drinks during winter months. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful Byron Bay setting.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA certification is required.
• Current NSW Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• Australian permanent resident or visa with commitment to longer term employment preferred.
• WHV holders welcome but require minimum 6 months commitment to the resort.

Responsibilities

• Explain cocktail, wine and beverage options to guests.
• Assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible.
• Maintain stock levels, keep bar clean and tidy, and process orders per service standards.
• Take orders and run food and drinks during the winter months.
• Work collaboratively with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
