Crystalbrook Byron is a 5-star resort nestled in subtropical rainforest just minutes from Byron Bay. We are seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor for the bar, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, to lead a passionate hotel team and deliver memorable guest experiences through expert mixology and warm, genuine service.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in premium bar environments.
• Experience supervising a restaurant or bar team.
• Passion for hospitality and high-quality service.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest anticipation.
• Knowledge of cocktails and wines; mixology enthusiasm.
• RSA NSW certification.
• Willingness to work across weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team in the bar.
• Deliver warm, genuine service and coach staff.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and timely.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as needed.
