Kingpin Bondi is opening in November 2026 in Bondi, Sydney, and seeks a Bar Supervisor to lead shifts, coach the team and ensure top-tier service in a high-energy setting.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will manage day-to-day bar operations, drive sales, and uphold RSA and safety standards while delivering unforgettable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous bar supervisory or senior bartender experience.
• Strong cocktail, beverage and beer knowledge.
• Current RSA certification.
• A hands-on leadership style and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
