Job summary

Kingpin Bondi in Sydney is seeking an experienced Parties & Events Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of all parties and events, ensuring celebrations exceed expectations.

You will coach and develop a team of Event Hosts and a Party Supervisor, partnering with Food & Beverage and Operations to ensure events are seamlessly executed and guest-centric.

Qualifications

• Experience leading event operations, hospitality, entertainment or guest experience teams.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative approach across departments.
• WWCC or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of all parties and events from booking handover to post-event feedback.
• Lead planning, coordination and execution of events with guests in mind.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of Event Hosts and a Party Supervisor.
• Partner with venue leaders across Food & Beverage, Attractions and Operations to ensure seamless events.
• Champion a guest-first culture and continuously elevate the event experience.
• Review event performance and guest feedback to drive improvements.
• Ensure events are delivered safely, efficiently and to company standards.

Kingpin is bringing our signature entertainment experience to Bondi Junction, and we're looking for an exceptional Parties & Events Manager to lead the charge in delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Parties & Events Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of all parties and events within the venue, ensuring every celebration exceeds expectations.

You’ll:

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all parties and events from booking handover through to post-event feedback.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of Event Hosts and a Party Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with venue leaders across Food & Beverage, Attractions and Operations to ensure events are seamlessly executed.
• Champion a guest-first culture and continually identify ways to elevate the event experience.
• Review event performance, guest feedback and operational outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all events are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.
• Build a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.
