Job summary

Kingpin Townsville is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our high‑energy bar team and deliver premium guest experiences in a buzzing entertainment venue. You will manage bar operations, from ordering to stocktake, while maintaining high safety standards and delivering a vibrant beverage program.

We value confident communicators who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and who are passionate about beverages, trends, and exceptional service. RSA certification is required or obtainable before starting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high‑energy bar environment.
• RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the bar team and culture.
• Own bar operations: ordering, stocktake, safety standards.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails.

About You

• Leadership experience in a bar is highly regarded (strong bar experience also welcome)
• Confident communicator with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Thrive in fast‑paced environments and love juggling multiple priorities
• Passionate about beverages, trends, and delivering great service
• Hold a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
